This isn't REALLY an item. It is a randomly spawning trap that can be dismantled.
Effect
This screws with your stats like crazy (lots of pluses and minuses). The effect lasts about 10-15 minutes.
You are blasted by tiny zinc bits. You feel transformed as your body polymorphs into a Human!
