This is a shop in Crimson City that allows you to change your gender.
You have entered Lorena's Sex Change Shoppe. You notice a steel slab with a few bloodstains in the center of the room. Overhead hangs a lamp, giving the table ample light. Some odd tools lie on a small tray connected to the slab. Behind the slab is Lorena, the Shoppe's surgeon. On the wall is a small sign.
