You may request any of the following voluntary out-patient surgical procedures:

| Tail Implant | 50+ | -25 max mana, Loss of tail (if applicable) |
| wrist implant | 100+ | -50 max mana, loss of right hand |
| eye implant | 300+ | -200 max mana |
| shoulder implant | 400+ | -100 max mana, loss of entire left arm |
