This is a restaurant in Crimson City that allows you to enter the Orient Cabal.
The room is bathed in the soft white light of paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling above each table. Several overgrown potted plants occupy each corner of the room. There are a few empty tables and chairs left. A petite Japanese woman stands quietly in her kimono awaiting your order.
