This skill will allow the disciple of Ivr Kamba to strike out with an open palm, causing incredible amounts of damage. Once the skill has been used on a target the target will become immune to further attacks of this sort. Unarmored foes are much more vulnerable to this form of attack.
Game play
One of the the potentially most damaging skills on EotL, quivering palm delivers damage according to your opponents maximum health, peaking around 50% at top skills levels. It is instanteous and cuts your battle time in half at best however can only be used once.
Undead are completely immune to this skill.
