A Wild Elven Horse

This magnificent beast snorts from its nostrils and stamps its hooves restlessly. It has a bit in its mouth made of adamantine, and a bridle woven from silk tangled in its snow-white mane. It looks as though it has lost its master! Perhaps you could ride it if you tried... Perhaps it would like you if you were good enough. Why not mount it?

The horse neighs and bucks wildly! You try to hold on as the steed smashes through interdimensional gates in a terrifying maelstrom of hooves and horseflesh, but at last bucks you off! OOOOOF! Where could you be?
The horse is annoying because it wanders around Eternal City.
