Standing in the exact center of the hollow tower, Javier's room of magical experimentation is an articulately organized jumble of things mundane and magical. Lined with spell books and other paraphernalia of magic, the room almost has a stifling quality from all the magical emanations. Despite the vast size of the hall, a single object dominates the entire laboratory; an anvil glyphed with runes too numerous and complex to count.
